About me
Hi, I'm Carmen.
For as long as I can remember, I've thought in projects, and in how technology can bring people closer and help the stories that want to be told find their way out.
I'm originally from Argentina
That's where I studied my degree in Multimedia Technologies, and where I got my first chance to work across a mix of roles in IT: HR, learning design and project management.
Wearing more than one hat at a time started early.

Aotearoa New Zealand has been my home for 8+ years
I've travelled the country living in a campervan for six months, and called three different cities home. Here I kept working in roles focused on designing learning experiences.
I also kept studying, with a Postgraduate Certificate in Digital and Collaborative Learning, a New Zealand Certificate in Learning Design and a handful of microcredentials. It was never about collecting qualifications. Staying a learner myself keeps me grounded, and reminds me what it actually feels like to be on the other side.
Creating meaningful experiences is what I love
The kind people remember because they were part of it, not just sitting through it. I've seen again and again that we learn best together: asking, sharing, building on each other's ideas. That's why I built Questiory, my own tool for creating participatory experiences. More than 2,000 authors now use it to make their own.
Projects, commercial or personal, are my playground. They're where I try new things and keep nudging the bar on what's possible.
inspiration comes from everywhere
Games, animation, cinema, books and graphic novels, museums, nature. Part of what keeps my creativity full is stepping away from the screen: making time for the hobbies I love, and for the people I love sharing them with.
Away from the desk, I dream…
she draws with the crayons instead of eating them

a Dunner stunner every day for the climb up Harbour Cone
centring the clay finally clicks
my people sitting still for two-minute poses
Want to make something together?
I'm always happy to talk about learning, design or a project that needs a few different hats.
