Chapter 01

What was the real problem?

New hires were finishing the old course, but a month later they couldn't find the basics. The content was fine. The timing was wrong.

Chapter 02

What did we try first?

Three ideas made it to paper. Only one survived the first round of testing.

  • A longer course, split into chapters
  • A chatbot that answers everything
  • A printed welcome booklet
  • Small moments, delivered when they're needed

Chapter 03

What did we build?

A 30-day journey of short moments: a welcome on day one, a practice task in week two, a check-in at the end of the month.
